This is Kerala, a beautiful state in India, known as the 'God's own country'. Kerala is full of backwaters, rivers, lakes, hills, paddy fields, rubber, coconut, coffee, tea, elephants, boat races, beaches, palaces... what not! It is also the land of ayurveda (herbal medicine). Kerala is culturally very rich too. It has many traditional forms of dances and music.
